Hollywood Themed New Business Launch with a twist for Executive Corporate Solutions (ECS), Alea Casino:

‘Hollywood theme / on the big screen’: ‘Bringing glitz and glamour to business’ – To inspire guests about this business launch Sapphire Events designed a ‘film premiere’ theme using freestanding Hollywood characters; a Hollywood walk of fame; two giant 6ft gold Oscar statues; Marilyn Monroe mannequin and Hollywood Hills backdrop; street lamps and iconic Hollywood Street signs; an old-school cinema reel and projector, plus other bespoke clever effects, such as converting a giant internal window into a portal to view the Hollywood hills.

‘Three directors’: ‘Challenging the norm with creative video production’ – Bringing the unexpected to a standard business launch, Sapphire Events produced a 20 minute bespoke ‘film premier’ to communicate key messages, using ECS directors to re-enact famous movie characters in unique locations, sourced by Sapphire.

‘Guests’:  ‘Guest hospitality’ – Enjoying the full Hollywood VIP package, guests were welcomed to a ‘film premier’ along the red carpet, guests took their seats in a fully themed Hollywood auditorium, watched the bespoke ECS launch film, followed by a rapturous applause and then buzzed about what they had seen over champagne and canapés.
‘Detail’: ‘The Wow Vs  the detail’ – The Hollywood ‘film premier’ theme brought the ‘WOW’ factor to this corporate business launch, however, at Sapphire Events we know, that in business, you don't get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression - attention to detail, subtle touches and key communication messages are crucial.
