We love big events at big venues – Sapphire Events coordinated and managed this 3 day International CARS exhibition at Hills Salvage and Recycling Ltd’s 12 Acre site, finishing with a Beatles themed International Round Table Annual Dinner Dance at Anfield, Liverpool FC. A first of its kind for this industry!
Racing car pic inside: Over 1000 international visitors toured the indoor and outdoor exhibits and queued up to take part in the full size F1 car simulator competition!
Trade stand pic: - As well as trade stands, seminars and training programmes, Sapphire Events managed main event sponsors JCB and orchestrated the layout, logistics and execution of a full scale indoor and outdoor exhibition.
Outside car pic: CARS was a unique, first of its kind, indoor and outdoor international exhibition. Coordinating both spaces, Sapphire Events ensured visitors optimised their experience to witness all the diverse machinery on show.
Car game model pic: Delegates and exhibitors from all corners of the world and the auto recycling industry were invited to sample the different types and variations of machinery and equipment in operation.
Over 500 international delegates went on to enjoy a traditional hog roast and Lancashire hot pot, a live auction, and a four piece band, raising £11,500 for both the Rett Syndrome Research and The Legacy Rainbow House Charities
