IRT Beatles Dinner Dance at Anfield, Liverpool FC:
‘Large scale letting your hair down’ - After the 3 day CARS event, Sapphire Events organised an iconic Liverpool FC Stadium tour for 200 international guests before the International Round Table Dinner dance, both events raised over £13,800 for the Rett Syndrome Research and The Legacy Rainbow House Charities.
‘Beatles theme’: ‘Entering in style’ – In Liverpool’s famous Champions Lounge, delegates mingled with life size cut outs of the Queen, Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge while browsing a red carpet gallery of Beatles iconic memorabilia. A giant backdrop of the Sergeant Pepper album, a floating red guitar and 6ft banner wishing Paul McCartney a happy 70th birthday, was a talking point for the rest of the evening.
‘Table’: ‘Red carpet treatment’ - The red and white theme stretched from chair covers and satin bows to candelabras, circular glass mirrors, napkins transformed into shirts and personalised mint favours.
‘Goodies’: ‘It’s all about the extras’ – after a live and a silent auction, including the sale of a signed Liverpool shirt, guests danced the night away to a magnificent four piece Beatles tribute band and each received a themed playing card with which to remember their unforgettable night!
In addition:
Sapphire booked over x600 Hotel rooms with x5 different Hotels and co-ordinated the coaches to and from the CARS event and hotels to the IRT dinner.
